All exhibitors must print & sign acceptance application and have your space paid for prior to your reservation being confirmed.

All exhibitors are required to participate in advertising to both your clients and any potential clients regarding the Bridal & Special Events Showcase.
Food & Beverage Exhibitors
All exhibitors bringing any food or beverage item will be inspected by the Lawrence Township Health Department prior to the doors opening the day of the show. There is a link below that will take you to the listed rules and regulations that must be strictly followed by all exhibitors. If there are further questions, you may either contact the Chamber office, or follow the link to the Lawrence Township Health Department website.
Please note: The Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce will be covering the license required to bring food into the event-Bridal & Special Event Showcase, located at Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. No extra fee will be added to any exhibitor for this license; however, it is the exhibitor's responsibility to adhere to the guidelines of Lawrence Township. The exhibitor must
notify the Lawrence Township Health Department regarding what they will be serving at the Bridal & Special Events Showcase*.
